Delivery and return

How many gifts can I send with clap?

You can send 1 to 10000+ gifts at once or on demand. Once you create a campaign, it is valid for 365 days. During this period we store the desired gifts and send them all at once or to individual addresses.

What brands do you carry on your platform?

All of our brands go through a rigorous selection process to ensure they meet our core values. Here are just a few of the sustainable and socially committed brands available at clap:

I prefer a vegan gift with alcohol, now what?

Gladly clap fulfills your wishes. We have a wide range of products and are extremely flexible. If you talk to us, together we can create the perfect gift for your needs.

How do I create a greeting card as a voice or video message?

It's easy and free of charge in our platform. There you can simply upload your video or voice message and we will create a QR code. This QR code will appear on your desired card. This greeting card will be in the gift box. Before opening, your recipients will be prompted to scan the QR code. It doesn't get much more personal than that!

Can the gifts be sent directly to my employees and customers?

Of course, we can send the gifts directly to your employees and customers. A collective shipment to the office or the desired location is also possible. You can also find more information about shipping in our clap platform.

Are the addresses of the recipients transmitted?

After the order has been placed, you get access to an address data form or an Excel template that you can simply fill out and upload. You can also create individual contacts in the clap platform and submit the delivery request date for individual or all recipients.

Is there a minimum or maximum purchase quantity that I need to be aware of?

We are happy to receive any order, regardless of its size. Whether you have a bulk order of 5000+ gifts or a small order of just one gift, we are always eager to fulfill all your wishes and will be happy to advise you.

When will I receive my gift from clap?

We fully adapt to your individual delivery date. Since some of our products are handmade, it may take up to 14 business days until the gift is ready for shipment. We attach great importance to the quality! If it should go fast, you can order with pleasure by express: Ordered today, packed tomorrow!

How can I order by express?

What is the shipping cost?

Standard shipping within Germany costs 5,90 €. Shipping to European countries usually costs €14.90. The shipping costs for worldwide shipping vary depending on the destination country. If you want to ship outside the EU, it is best to contact us directly via our contact form.
