How clap works
clap is a platform that enables companies to plan, customize, and send personalized gift boxes to employees, customers, or partners. Available for orders of one box or more, clap unlocks its full range of features for campaigns and automation for orders of 50 boxes or more.
Step by step—How clap works

Define campaign and quantity
First, a campaign is created to define how many boxes are to be sent, for example, 50 gifts for a specific project or event. The desired quantity can be set directly in the tool and is displayed visibly at all times, allowing you to keep track of planning and budget.

Select an item from the catalog
In the next step, you select the contents for your boxes from an extensive catalog of over 1,000 items. Filters are available on the right-hand side to search specifically by occasion, category, or product characteristics, such as onboarding, parental leave, storytelling products, or exclusively organic items.

Add your own desired items
In addition to catalog products, companies can also integrate their own items. They can either send products to the Clap warehouse or simply provide a link to a desired product from an online store (e.g., a book from Thalia), which is then purchased and integrated into the box.

Branding of box and contents
Next, the branding is configured: How should the boxes look on the outside and inside, and which colors and designs match your corporate identity? Simple solutions such as logos and short slogans (e.g., "Welcome" on onboarding boxes) are possible, as well as large-scale branding such as corner stickers, round stickers, full-surface designs, bags, or jute bags.

Design greeting cards and filling material
For each box, you can select a greeting card or upload your own design, supported by printing data instructions. In addition, filling material, tissue paper color, and, if applicable, logo imprint can be customized to make the unboxing experience consistent with the brand.
Configure shipping
The final step is to determine the shipping method. You can decide whether all boxes should be sent to a central location, each box should be sent individually to different addresses, or a combination of both should be used.
